We provide person-centered services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, focusing on each person’s unique strengths, goals, preferences, and support needs. Our team works alongside individuals, families, Support Coordinators, and other members of the support team to promote independence while providing the level of assistance each individual needs to be successful.

Our services are designed to support individuals in developing daily living skills, increasing community involvement, building meaningful relationships, making informed choices, and achieving greater independence at home and in the community.

At Divine Intensive, we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Support should be as individual as the person receiving it.
